They don't even have an email for questions, and when you do call in, it is a "fulfillment service" in India that only gives you two options: complain or refund! They are a total 'automatic download' with a fancy looking website and no humans! After cancelling them and turning my printer off to stop their 200 page ATF regs download, I got ETI's kit-- WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The other guy's promise of electronic records, web site, etc. were just LINKS to services from OTHERS you have to pay for! ETI had our 20,000 gun FREE website up, including Pro Store LE items, in 24 hours.
